A family that is straight from...

Today has not been that good of a day. To begin with I took my meds late, which set me off a little. Then I have a sister who is a hypochondriac, and a drug addict who is constantly causing problems in the family. Well I had written a letter to her in a journal and accidentally left it at my mother's house. Well my mom mailed it to her because she thinks my sister needs to hear how I feel. Well now my sister is calling and leaving nasty messages on my phone. What a mess! I already perservate on on things because I have a really low ability to deal with problems and no ability to express myself verbally. I can't sleep and I am sick to my stomach. To top it all off I had a fight with my boyfriend because I am worried about the mess and nothing is even his fault. He is the only one who supports me 100% of the time. I can;t sleep and I feel sick to my stomach. Why is this my curse?
