The meds help very much but mania and depression still sneak in once awhile hard to tell sometimes if the moods are normal or the other. bipolar I Trileptal 1200mg Lithium 900 mg Celexa 60mg

I know how that feels i am on meds but someitmes i still get manic and depressed but with my meds it is not as bad as it was before them. But it is always going to be there and i have finally excepted that it took me along time to do that. This is a great group of people here i have learnt so much from them i hope you find it as helpful as i have.
