Thanks for the reply, it is a challenge everyday to deal with these problems that many people have. The meds help very much but mania and depression still sneak in once awhile hard to tell sometimes if the moods are normal or the other.

I know how that feels i am on meds but someitmes i still get manic and depressed but with my meds it is not as bad as it was before them. But it is always going to be there and i have finally excepted that it took me along time to do that. This is a great group of people here i have learnt so much from them i hope you find it as helpful as i have.
