MDJunction to me

fluffyluggage"I found MDJunction at a time when I was struggling with so much. I
was so sick. I found a home, a place where people understood me, when
even my family doubted me. In MDJ, I found a place of refuge, love,
and support. I come here daily, to find my balance, to cope, and to
find that same support I've found from day 1. MDJ is my new family.
The friends I've made here will remain with me for a lifetime.

HELLOOOOO? NEED HUMAN CONTACT!!! EARTH TO HUMANS!!!!
-Stacy

I said to my soul, be still, and wait without hope

For hope would be hope for the wrong thing; there is yet faith

But the faith and the love and the hope are all in the waiting.

Wait without thought, for you are not yet ready for thought:

So the darkness shall be the light, and the stillness the dancing.

-T.S. Eliot

Antipsychotic. Helps with brain bickering and mania.

Cool thanks. Been wanting to broach that subject with the pdoc, here soon. I used to take Zyprexa, but that was yucky.

I asked about going on Depakote but the doctor said no, he likes Lithium because it's not stored in the body fat.

Yes, becoming intensely educated about BP and meds and learning about your cycles is power. It is very important to know your stuff when someone has your life in your hands.
