i only could sleep 3 hours last night, could this be starting of a manic episode? ive been keeping one just since nov 2009 when i realized i was really bipolar even though i was diagnosed first in 2006.when i feel fine, or ok, i just dont record it, only the days im super depressed or feeling up. im going to bring it to my pdoc , first appointment jan 9th. 
Hope has two beautiful daughters. Their names are anger and courage; anger at the way things are, and courage to see that they do not remain the way they are.
