Hi sushi! Thanks for being here with us! Like norma & new day already said, you are free to post wherever you want or just browse the other posts, but I find that most people who are new to the group start by posting in the "Introductions" Forum (you can find that by clicking on "Bipolar Forums" at the top left of this page...). That's where you can introduce youself as a new addition to our group and share your personal story if you want to!! Or you can go to the "General & Support" Forum and post any questions or comments you have related to the topic of bipolar disorder (directly or indirectly) OR... you can go to the "Lounge" which is where you can post and/or read other people's posts that are off the topic of bipolar (there's a joke of the day thread, poetry corner, etc etc....) Anyway, welcome! I'm sure you'll love it here as much as I do....

Ok I think this is where to post my story,,,I have been living with bipolar,OCD,anorexia ,bulemia ,alcoholism and sexual abuse for my whole life....I am 41 now and I can play a good game of hiding things.I take lithiun and prozac regularly. but this isnt working latley. Just want some imput from others with some of the same problems.

We welcome you with open arms...I am a recovering alcoholic and have bipolar disease...I take one day at a time. Some days are better than others...
