Bipolar Support Group

I have gotten some good advice on here and I appreciate it very much. Unfortunatley my husband has been reading what I post and I dont think it's any of his business considering he is unsympathetic since we have been together.I feel like he's spying on me,not concerned. He just doesnt understand things at all. He's done his research on bipolar and it hasnt helped.When I am depressed he just says"what's wrong with you". He's not kind at all, and he even gets depressed himself. I try to help him feel better but it doesnt do any good.

no, it's me....but thank you, you're sweet. I wish he would go to the support group. I just told him I need to live alone. I feel like I am totally alone. It sucks.

Missy1968 you can always PM people. You definitely need to feel that you can ask your questions openly. If you feel unsafe please go to friends, family, women's shelter, police etc. What a DOUCHE!!!! Take Care Beth

hi-yeah, I dont understand him at all,especially because he deals with depression too. I'd rather be by myself that way I dont have to worry about how I am feeling and whether it will effect others. thank you.
