I know it is important to communicate or we wouldn't be here and especially on this forum. Howecer suffering from bp can skew communication skills. I find that I cringe when certain words are either read by me or if someone says certain words. These words seem to set off fear and sometimes I find it hard to come to terms with them. ie.. serious, critical, impossible.

Is there anyone who may have these same feelings?

In my experience, I have the worst time communicating with people I know don't like me. I try to avoid the situation but sometimes it is just impossible. I'll end up dwelling on what was said for a week! I also get anxious when I know I'm going to see one of these people.

I don't have much to offer in way of suggestions but I have noticed I do a lot better when my meds are right especially not dwelling on a comment; I'm more able to shrug it off.

i feel anxious when talking to others on this site. I try to give good advise and basically how I would handle a certain event. I often wonder if I have been to critical or to harsh on people or the events they are going through.
