It can be very frustating and it takes a toll on the whole relationship. I hope you have found a good therapist to see and if not let that be top on the list. This is a very personal subject, but if you talk about it and learn from others it can be veryhelpful, so I'm glad you found us. The comments and the treatment need to be addressed, but in a different way then just critical. My wife has learned not to fight with me and add fuel tot he fire, but we are able to talk about things after they happen and a long cool down. The kids and your family adds fuel to it as well. Learning as mush as you can from sites like this and others can be helpful to learn tips and deal with your own issues and struggles. There are many of us here and we can share with you our success and failures. Keep the faith!!!! John |
