 Hi all,

I have had some strange vision problems ever since I started taking psychiatric medications 12 years ago. One day my vision is almost perfect, and others days it is very blurry. I saw an Opthomologist last year and he said it was age related. That just doesn't seem right to me since it only happens some days. I was just curious if any of you have had this happen.

 Dear DC, when I took lithium and thorazine i had vision problems for a while..my son is on Zyprexa and Prozac and had vision problems. The got better after a couple of months. He still has problems when tired.

When i was in my early 40's my vision changed...yep, due to age. I thought it wouldn't happen to me.LOL There is a scientific explanation for it. Your eye doctor may have a logical explanation for it.

It is a pain in the you-know-what to have problems with your vision. I can relate...

 Hey DC, it is possible to be age related, not sure but it could be, have you talked with your Pdoc about it? perhaps it could be the meds, I know for my baby brother with his MS, it does the on off thing with his vision.. ask your doctor about it.. My eye sight has been getting worse over the years, the night vision is almost gone, can't see street signs till I am right on top of them, part of my vision problems stem from my diabetes, when is the last time you have had a top of your head to the tips of your toes exam?
