Most days I'm good. I go to work and I'm sharp and productive. Today's just not one of those days. I had the day off because of a stupid mix-up with the cable company. I have so much to do now, but instead I sit here feeling sorry for myself. I keep stuffing my face and am too lazy to even take the dog for a walk. I don't want to leave the house. I had an arguement this morning which I think triggered my depression. How can I break this cycle. I am on lots of meds and I don't think that's the problem this time.

Hey, Psk...i occasionally have day like that...and feel guilty about it. It is hard to forgive myself for having an off day. I just think I have wasted time. The guilt makes me feel more depressed and then I get guilty about being depressed which makes me not want to do anything which makes me feel guilty...you get the picture. The danged tape keeps going on and on...just chalk it up to a bad day since most of the time you are productive. The dog is probably going to have to go out eventually....hugs, Norma

Oh yes. I am having a day like that, too. I had a very busy week, last week, and went manic, and now, I am on a low swing. I am a bit grumpy, today, and don't feel like doing anything. I allow myself to just be here. Meds are not perfect. I still cycle. It's just more manageable. It will pass.

We are here for you.

God Bless,Gypsy
