Ok so I've been struggling to keep myself motivated during the day and I'm soooooooo restless I can't stand myself. I would start something put it down start to do something else and just almost cry cause I felt I really didn't want to do that either.

I have been struggling with my weight every since my last surgery so I had some "slimquick" with hoodia in it.

So after crying for about an hour with nothing to intrest me to do, I thought well I will take one(slimquick) and see what happens.

I actually feel like myself again. I'm able to concentrate and actually finish some pants I was stitching. I can sit here and type a message as well...lol

I know your never suppose to take herbal stuff while taking the mood stabilizers and all that but I actually feel good for a change.

What, if anything should I tell the pdoc when I go back? Would he actually tell me it's ok? Or would he prescribe something to bring me up(so to speak) to go with the meds or just change the meds all together?

Tell me what you think.

The voice inside my head doesn't like you either!

My journey to the grave will not be with an attractive well preserved body, I will skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand and wine in the other totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO WHAT A RIDE"

Too often, we lose sight of life's simple pleasures.
Remember, when someone annoys you it takes 42 muscles in you face to frown.
BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and bitch-slap that mother@#?!&! upside the head....ha ha

You have to love it.Cause you know we've all thought it.

Hey, PBgirl, tell the doc, honey. Some herbs react with the meds...and he has to know everything you are taking...even some meds are made from herbs...just pharmaceutal companies synthesize the chemical properties to produce large quantities of them. So thel the doctor which ones and even bring the bottles so he can read the lables...good luck

Hey P8nt, it's best that you do tell your doctor, and tell him what it has done for you, as long as there isn't a bad reaction, I don't see why he/she would not let you continue, as long as you don't over do them... there isn't anything much on this planet that can't become addicting, so you will want to watch it..
