Hello All,

It's Crown, I am trying to refinance my house to get my ex off and now she is being very uncooperative, not surprised. I emailed her to make sure she would sign the deed, she said she would, but her "attorney" wanted to make sure she was protected and talk to someone at the title co. I say "attorney" because I think it's just another lie. Well her attorney was supposed to conctact my title company Mon. My title co. called her this morning because nobody has heard from anyone on her side, left a voicemail and of course as of right now, nothing.

Point is, why is she doing this??? I don't know what her mental status is as of right now, but why not just get to it and get it done?

Crown, how could we possibly know what is going on in her mind......we are bipolar not psychic.....I may be psychotic....lol but not psychic lol Sounds like she is punishing you for some reason....I think, you may have to get a court order for her to sign. Good luck!

Maybe it's just who she is as to why this break up is such a pain in the ass. My question is if you're running your mouth to everyone saying how much you want to be done and move on, then why give me such a difficult time when that is all I'm trying to achieve? Any thoughts, even though this really isn't a "bipolar" issue?

I don't know, It sounds confusing to me, too. Why do you need her, to do this? Can you go about this with out her?

I would just stay away from her if you can. Have your title co. send her the papers.

God Bless,Gypsy

The house is in both of our names and she has to sign the deed for the refinance to go through. It's as if she's pretending that I have not even asked. I knew she was lying about an attorney and when I called her bluff to have him deal directly with my title co. - nothing. If she had an attorney surely he would've called them by now. I am just so aggravated, everything with her is always difficult. I guess I shouldn't expect any different.
