I also have this problem, I haven't sleep much in the past 2 weeks. I was on a few different meds before the docs found one that worked and tommorrow I have an appointment. You can try not eating after 7 in the evening. Also cut out caffiene after lunch. Getting exercise through the day can help your body need to wind own. Anything that would keep your body from being able to shut down at night and repair. If it is digesting or still stimulated then you prob. wont sleep.
