Hey Joe, you go to the left up at the top on forums and it refreshes the site. Also, I go to e-mail to see if I have mail from site...ok? Sometimes, you will get quick response just a minute or two...sometimes, it may take a while...hope that helps. There is also a FAQ that answers some questions how to navigate around. Carmen spent a lot of time on it.
