 Hey group. It seems that downward moods are prevailing right now and I just want those who are suffering to know that we all support you and wish you well.

Something to think about is the changing seasons. Shorter days and the upcoming time change can have deep affects on our moods. Try to sit in the sun everyday for half an hour and see if this helps.

I pray that each of you will find the healing that you need and deserve. Please know that help is out here it just takes precious time.

 hi dee ty for what you said thats probably whats wrong and I am feeling it really hard can't get in sun rain in the sky for a few days but i'll try when it gets here again just a down day I'll get through it probably just tired didn't sleep too well either well I am learning to get around a lil better hope I find ya tomorrow again I like you have a nice afternoon gemstarr
