Is It Just Me?

Hi, I am married to a type I BP. I can tell you from my experience that your physical and mental state will most likely continue to deteriorate the longer you are with him. That's what has happened in my less than four years of marriage so far. I recently had to get an order of protection against him because he is manic, and delusional and refuses to go into the hospital for treatment. We have one child together, and he kept trying to take off with him in his manic state! Oh, and he also tried to take my other two kids, who aren't his biologically. I say that if he is not changing, and becoming more stable, to run as fast as you can. If you think you are suffering from heartache now, just give it a few years of marriage, along with total financial ruin, and acute stress symptoms. Good luck to you, I know I sound pissed off and bitter, but I am telling it like it is.
