This reminds me of a conversation that I had with the social worker when I left the hospital. Ok guys keep in mind that I was still a bit manic with an attitude at the time.

She told me it was soooooooooo important not to drink or do drugs. I just laughed in her face. Personally I don't drink or do drugs but damn they injected me with heavy duty drugs while I was there and she is telling me not to take drugs! She didn't appreciate my assessment of the advice she gave. She said it was different. I said, "How so?"

Ok not advising anyone to drink or do drugs but I must say that my attitude and opinion have drastically changed since I was injected with heavy duty tranquilizers, anti psychotics, and Benzos.

IMAO If someone wants to have an occasional drink or smoke a little pot. I can't imagine that would be too much different than popping a benzo when your up tight. Disclaimer: Everything in moderation guys.

The voice inside my head doesn't like you either!

My journey to the grave will not be with an attractive well preserved body, I will skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand and wine in the other totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO WHAT A RIDE"

Too often, we lose sight of life's simple pleasures.
Remember, when someone annoys you it takes 42 muscles in you face to frown.
BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and bitch-slap that mother@#?!&! upside the head....ha ha

You have to love it.Cause you know we've all thought it.
