Hi all,

So here is my theory, good music (as well as my regular theraputic visits and meds) makes me a happy guy. I am fortunate to have time to explore new music and once in a while go out to hear it from my favorite bands live. Some bands that I enjoy are Yonder Mountain String Band, Donna the Buffalo, and The Band. The Band is an old band, so you can't go out to hear them anymore, but they have uplifting music(for the most part) with a good message. The other two are my favorites right now. They are also touring, so if you get a chance to go see them, take it! Their music is also available on MySpace and iTunes, if you like surfing like that.

So when I'm out listening to music, once I get into it, my favorite thing to do is DANCE! It could be just a bobbing of the head or a flailing of the body (or something in between) but it feels SO GOOD! Not only is it a form of personal expression, it is a melding with the music, and a release of the cares of life where you are showing the world you are alive and happy!

Thats my theory anyways.

Thanks,

Seth
