I take Paxil for depression but I think another one might need to be added.

Abilify10 mg
Zoloft 150 mg
Klonopin 5mg x3
Oxycodone 15mg x2
vicodone 750x2
Ritalin 10 mg x2

I only take Prozac for depression, but my pdoc told me that it if stops working and no longer helps, he plans to add a small dose of Lithium.
Bipolar I with Rapid Cycling

Meds:
Geodon 120mg
Prozac 20mg
Trazodone 100mg
Klonopin .5mg

I take Zoloft, but also Lamictal for depression, though it is not classified as an antidepressant. It is actually an anti-seizure med that is effective in controlling bipolar depression.

10mg Abilify--400mg Lamictal-90mg Cymbalta--25mg Ambien CR--200mg Topomax--30mg Temazapam--1mg Ativan as needed.

I was on wellbutrin for about 2 years and it kept depression at bay. But I had horrible bad breath. I was taking the generic wellbutrin. I just need something at night to keep my depression at bay.

I take two anti depressants, lexapro and wellbutrin. The addition of the wellbutrin has been a goodsend. I found only the brand name wellbutrin xl worked for me. Maybe see if your pdoc would write a script for it to be dispensed as written.

Lithium-1800 mg
Wellbutrin XL- 300mg
Saphris-20mg
Seroquel XR- 300 mg
Visteral-50 mg PRN
