Geodon 340mg as mood stabilizer

Adderall for ADHD

Paxil 40 mg for depression/social anxiety

Klonopin or Ativan prn

I think I need to add another anti depressant.

Gosh, neondreams, I would feel like a walking pharmacy! I hope you don't take offense to that, I wasn't trying to insult you. I don't like taking the 3 meds I am taking, but I will do whatever is necessary to get a life.

Meagan,

No offense taken. Smile

You're right. I do take alot of meds.

You may be surprised to learn that taking 5 meds for BP isn't uncommon. The average number of meds someone with BP takes is 4.

When I was initially diagnosed with BP, I was on 2 meds. (Depakote and Risperdal) Once I started having problems with sleep, rapid cycling, severe depression and anxiety, several other meds were added to my regimen.

As for the other meds I take, 2 are for migraines, 2 are for allergies and 2 are for asthma.

By the way, sometimes I do feel like a walking pharmacy! LOL.

Christine,

How well does fish oil work for you? Have you noticed any positive results in your mood?
