How long have you been taking them? Have you talked to your pdoc about this? I look up every med I am given, and read the side effects, so, I know how, I am going to feel.

Hey Tom, have you been taking the meds like you are suppose too? everyday? if so it's time to visit the doctor again and let them know what is going on, you probably need a adjustment, and if your not taking them as you are suppose too, why aren't you?

We haven't seen you around in a bit, I was hoping you were doing better, so what have you been up too?

Hi there

You MUST get meds tweaked or changed. My most critical problem is racing head and this all encompassing nedd to hitit or something just to shut it up...but meds work it our - slow it right down. Make sure you aren't taking any other kind of stimulant such as caffeine, or too much chocolate or cheese. Don't over do suger either so fizzy drinks and stuff. But get to the doc - a dietician might help too. Stress will also affect racing mind. Talk to your therapist about this and maybe go for head massage or swimming - anything you find relaxing. Walking is great too, especially with a dog - do any neighbours need their dogs walked?? xx

I agree with everyone here...maybe your P-Doc needs to adjust your meds around. In the mean time, try to listen to some relaxing music or a warm shower...but your best bet in this situation what I would do is write down everything that is racing through your head and maybe your P-Doc or therapist can give you something to relax those racing thoughts....
You can live with the bipolar disorder, not let bipolar disorder ruin you...

Dear BABEBOI, Glad you are taking your meds....and sounds like the diet is good also....dogs never like being on a leash...they have to be trained...with positive reinforcement and some discipline...might be a nice project??? I am glad you are posting...I always look for you and hope you are ok....
