 My current meds are:

Neurontin 1600mg twice a day

risperdal 1mg twice a day

depakote 750mg a day

I've tried lunesta, ambien, & rozerem. NONE worked. Sometimes I can't sleep right for DAYS. It affects every aspect of my life. Does anyone know of anything helpful that I should try next?

(Mind you...I've taken up to 3 lunestas with no luck!)

 Hi Serena,

I have taken Ambien, but it only works for a couple of hour, and then, I feel groggy all day. I am taking Buspar. After going for a while with choppy sleep, my pdoc upped it. I am actually sleeping through the night now.
