it sounds like you're in a mixed state-when you feel depressed but still have the bad symptoms of mania like racing thoughts and anxious feelings and energy. i hate those the very worst. it's an awful feeling. i was happening to me a couple of weeks ago and i finally called my pdoc and he adjusted my meds and that worked. give your doctor and call and see what they can do. i know how miserable it feels and it's really hard to get out of it on your own. peace and i'm here to talk if you need to. Well behaved women rarely make history.

"The part of my recovery plan that I would say made up 80% is MDJ. I suffered a lot prior to finding MDJ, felt alone and had no one to talk to who really understood me. In the Bipolar Group I found like minded individuals who I could relate to and who offered support to me when I needed it.
