Terri you nailed it, it was Mr. Peabody, the kid would come into his lab, ask a question about something and Peabody would take him back in history to answer the question.

Red, I can piss folks off just by walking in the room, I don't have to say or do anything, have a couple of girls at work that I know can't stand me and I have done nothing but be kind to them.. so don't know why, but don't worry about it either..lol, gotten use to being able to doing that over the years..

Carmen, had a woman tech (can you say witch) from anyletical lab decide that I shoud be informed of the disposition of a utility tech. She did this in one of theose all knowing I am boss kinda ways. I am sitting there all the time she is giving me this disortation smiling ear to ear and chuckleing at her. When she was finally done I told her that she realy needed to go and tell someone who cared like the boss. She doesn't understand that due to my position I already knew more than her, I helped set up the training schedule for the utility tech. One of those people who just are not happy unless she is dragging someone else into her missery.

Back again. My older daughter called to tell me she locked herself out of her car and could I bring the spare keys. So, of course, I did. Does anyone else have gigantic potholes whare they drive? They are like crators - my van could fall inside and never be found, lol. I'm going to have to go now anyway to get ready to pick up other daughter, and yes, Red, she was horribly nervous. Catch up later. Have fun, and everyone have a drink on me!

CABANA COPA COBANA putting out the beach umbrellas,

all sunny and bright, funny how the sun makes things look all better. Shadows and darkness begone...let the light in "let the sunshine, let the sunshine in" most of you are too young to remember HAIR. I saw it twice in New Orleans when I was in my 20's. Never was a hippie, missed my ride to Woodstock.

Hey everyone,

I just have a quick second. I didn't have time to read through all the posts - I woke up late (because I'm sick and couldn't drag myself out of bed) and I'm supposed to be at my friend's house in about 2 mins. Oh well, I'm gonna be late. Just thought I'd stick my head in and say "hi" to everyone, let you know that you're all in my mind and heart and that I'll hopefully be back for some fun beach action later on tonight!

Hope everyone's day is wonderful and filled with fun!

Hugs and

Sorry to just run in and run back out...ta ta!

I just love the beach this time of day. It always feels like something is going to happen. so you wait and you watch. Could be, who knows? (westside story)

beach volley ball is good with two if i could just get my footing in this sand whoops fell down brushing sand off of my fat....

I think it is great you have fun at work. the place I manage if people aren't having a good time i don't like it. It makes work better and people are more productive, i have several employees on meds. we all watch out for each other and are in each other's business. works for us. more places should be like that where it is like family. we even have a dog at work that sleeps at my feet under my desk.
