Oh Red, darlin, you are just absolutely tooo much..cracking me up this AM, I know what you mean about the not doing the drug testing, I was in rehab, for alcohol and drugs, and everyone else around me was dropping like flies, getting tested, being rolled up and tossed out, and here I was acting just fruitier than a nutcake, and they never tested me, I asked one day why, and was told we know you are nuts normally...rofl.. kinda hurt my feelings..boo hoo, but that was the truth to begin with, I just didn't know how close to here recently.. So Red dear, you are in the same boat as me, known to be nuts normally and not to mention the fact they need you, so you ain't getting the three paid days off, unless you really start doing something wierd, like taking a carmen miranda hat and skirt and dancing on the bosses desk.. |

Hi, again, everybody! This rooms hoppin' today. I'm back. Took my daughter to the university for her college placement tests. It's only about 20 mins. away. Not bad. I think she wants to be a nurse. Better let her talk to Dawn about that one - Dawn are you up yet? I'll have to go pick her up around 2:00. Red, I can picture that boy and dog cartoon. Was it Mr. Peabody or something like that? I love some of the new cartoons, too. I have to keep up if I want my students to think I'm cool, lol. Watching cartoons for "homework". I usually don't mind people being in a good mood, its being in a chipper good mood first thing in the morning that does lol If I work an early job like 7 or 8am, I do not function well till at least 10 if not later lol  |

Terri, that is a great idea. Bet you could get some cool ones. I had an English teacher who used Movies as teaching tools, I did the same thing when I taught grammar school. Cartoons, and comic books, for the ones who have trouble reading and are more visual learners. Terri, yes I think the dogs name was Mr. Peabody. Was daughter nervous about the placement tests? Hey Carmen, just looking back at some of yesterdays posts. The pee jug needs to be refrigerated. Just hope no one gets the lemonade in the pretty red jug. Been there done that... needed 2 of the jugs.
