 I had a bad episode last night. This went on for 2 hours. Crying, screaming, wanting to run away or

disapear etc. Does anyone else have this happen to them?

Also how do I change my picture on my profile and get in on group discussion?

 Hi Sittner,

Welcome. Glad to have you here.

I have had those episodes. They got so bad, that, I had to go get help. I would spiral down into depression and I would end up suicidal.

Are you on meds, and/or in therapy? If you don't get help it will just get worse.

 As far as the forum picture? You can find avatars online, and upload one . Make sure you find one small enough to fit in the box.

I found mine by looking up mini dollz. You can dress them up.
