Hello everyone: I have had a miserable day with absolutely no energy to play with my kids today when they came to visit this weekend. I am asking for some support and online hugs; it is nice to know that beyond my immediate circles like family and friends, that online friends and fellow travellers actually care.

Much appreciated,

deaconblues.

Thank you to those that responded. I had a bit of a better day today, because as I am sure many of you realize, a good night of sleep is crucial to the day you are going to have. I slept well, and although the morning was tough to get out of bed (part of the depression component to my bipolar), I got alot done as far as goals for the day: making necessary phone calls, scheduling an appointment with a new therapist, going out to shop with my dad, even checking e-mail. I deeply appreciate this forum to offer and obtain support with other travellers on their roads to recovery. Thank you for the hugs as well...I look forward to your posts after my updates, thus, take care everyone. Deaconblues
