My sister is 16 years old. She's always been pretty emotional but lately it's gotten out of hand. She will randomly start bawling for no reason whatsoever. She schedules EVERY spare MINUTE of her life. She likes to be involved in anything and everything, to the point where she can't do it anymore. She is determined to be in the CIA, be a lawyer, AND reach some other lofty goal I can't even remember what it is. She can be really...I guess prideful and overconfident at times, and it gets her into trouble. She is really really happy sometimes and laughs alot, but then the same day, within even 5 minutes, she'll be screaming and yelling horrible, hurtful things at anyone and everyone, throwing punches and telling everyone how much she hates them. Sometimes she'll cry and apologize later about how horrible she's been, but it doesn't last for long.

The thing that worries me the most, though, is how she gets when faced with sad or scary situations. We took her to a funeral for a little baby she'd never even met, and she was absolutely hysterical. We had to take her out to the car so as not to disrupt anyone else. And just the other day my mom fell and hit her head on the bathroom tile and passed out. She absolutely freaked out and sat on the floor by herself talking a million miles an hour to herself, saying anything and everything. It was scary.

She won't admit anything is wrong with her. Everyone else swears up and down that she's bipolar, and she refuses to go get tested. We don't want to drag her by force to the doctor/diagnostician, but she needs help, I'm scared she'll do something bad to someone else or herself. What can I do to help her realize that she needs help? I don't know what to do....
