Oh... yeah... i totally forgive my mother.

I should clarify: although it was difficult being raised in that environment, there is still very very genuine love among our family. Its just that when my mom would have a manic episode, that love would take a back seat. I forgave her well before she even got a diagnois. I am aware of her upbrining (rape, abuse, drugs)...

Now she is forgiving herself. For a change Smile

I believe I come from a long lone of undiagnosed maternal bipolars too and I wouldn't trade them for anything but I wish my mom would get help.

Even though am no pdoc I am sure my mom is bipolar and knowing that has helped me forgive many past mean rages and I love her for who she is.
