Since I'm on lithium, I can't take a lot of ibuprofen and other painkillers, as they don't play well together. Instead, I'm using what they call a TENS unit for muscle pain in neck and back. Anyone had any success with these? Any other pain relieving methods? Thanks.

Thanks! I hear ya on the acetamenaphin, lol. I try to limit my ibuprofen since I've always been in the lower serum level around .6 or .7 but we've recently upped it. So staying cautious.

Take care,

Peter
