"Bipolar" (scoobielou)

MDJunction to me

peasha"This has been one of the most supportive places I have ever been. I found MDJ by mistaking looking for drs to help me with my many health issues and since that day over a year ago I have found a tight nit little family that keeps me going when the times are tough and offers me a place of retreat to share my successes and failures with others. I get to see the humor and seriousness of what I experience as well as the resources to learn about my health conditions. Thanks MDJ" (peasha)

I know it's bad to up my dosage to feel better...but I've done it before and feel like it helps, maybe just psychologically. Placebo..I am sick of being depressed and want to be normal tomorrow. Has anyone every done this and it worked actually?
Consequences become your fate, real life gives you hardships to endure to become crazier or more sane than the rest. Relationships give you the power to change, good or bad. Childhood gives you time to be socialized into the personality you keep developing until old age. Then your traits become your rules til death do you part.

I think we all try to self medicate at times. However any med changes you go through must be overseen by your pdoc just incase anything goes wrong. I suggest you talk to them and see what they suggest =)
★210mg Lofepramine ★ 30mg Abilify ★ 300mg Lamictal ★ 50mg Phenergan ★ Ambien 10mg ★

Any advice given is merely from my own experience as I am not a mental health professional, psychologist or psychiatrist.

I would also say to talk to your psychiatrist. My psychiatrist listens and works with me. He often takes my considerations and uses them. I know it's really bad having depression. I've dealt with it for many years until three months ago when I found something that worked for me. I hope soon you can get some relief.
