I am grateful for each and every one of you.

Thank you for being there during my ups and downs.

Recently it has been very difficult but somehow you didn't push me away.

Thank you dear friends.

God Bless

IDNK, I agree completely. I've had so many people distance themselves from me when the real deal kicks in. Everyone on here has not only been there to support me, but they understand how I'm feeling, and often have insight in myself that I never thought of. My counselor suggested joining a depression support group, but I think this group is a lot better in many ways, because It's about bipolar, not just depression. Thanks all!

I want to jump in and add that this is a wonderful group of folks who genuinely care. I know because I, too, have been on the receiving end of compassionate understanding and help. Thank you to everyone here for your many kindnesses.
