I have never had any deaf friends nor am I deaf. But I do hear people calling my name when no one is there. Lot's of times I hear something but can't figure out what was said. If I ask the one's around me "what" they usually say they never said anything. It doesn't bug me too much because they're not telling me to do crazy things.

I'm an Advocate

I'm sorry that you are hearing things in your mind. Psychosis can be very upsetting. Your doctor can give you meds to help stop that. I hope that you feel better soon.
Lisa

My advice is purely personal. I am not a Doctor and there is NO substitute for getting proper medical diagnosis and advice.

Bipolar II, Depressed Severe

Lamictal 400 mg
Seroquel 150 mg
Effexor 150 mg
Inderal 10 mg
Ambien 5 mg
Lithium 1200 mg

Knowing I'm crazy is the only thing keeping me sane.Just try not to worry yourself too much about what your hearing. Our brains have a way with tricking us sometimes. I would get to your PDOC to get something to quiet them down though.
