i read the posts about not sleeping, i stay in semi mania all the time, i sleep good 8 or 9 hours at night, 1 med for pain gabapentin, melatonin for sleep 3 mg. that is all, besides meds for sugar control. 2. i feel lucky about this, but have all the systoms bp and ptsd.

i called about a refill on plavix, found they canceled it,,, another bad med with drawn.

i have not needed to see therapist in 6 months, thanks to mdj for that.

i have not needed to doc for almost a year now, have not been sick, last time was for checkup. something must be working,, maybe the herbal stuff. this is someone with bp,ptsd, diabetes 2, neuropathy, i am so thank for mdj and the people here.

I feel like one of the lucky ones also. I was able to stabilize rather quickly. Of course I've had adjustments along the way, but that is to be expected. I've always been high functioning. I had no choice in the matter growing up. I had to be to survive. I suffered until I was diagnosed. Now I don't have to suffer anymore. Thank God. I'm sorry about your PTSD. That has got to be very hard to live with. I am too thankful for MDJ. It's my second family.
