Well I figured I would post both possibilities

1) If you go to the appointment it will get you out of the house.

2) You are not feeling well at the moment so maybe you should relax at home.

I hope this helps a little

If you figure you have a lot to talk about you may want to 'push' yourself to go, i always feel better after my tdoc apts. If you chose not to go try and not be hard on yourself, only you can decide what's best for you.

Aw Bob I wish I could give you a gentle hug.

((( BOB )))

Do you like your tdoc? Do you feel better after you see her?

Maybe you could talk about your frustrations with the mental health system there.

2 words: Phone Session. Mine costs $40 for 20 minutes.

I can relate to how you're feeling. Consider though that there is ALWAYS a hidden reason for your absence that needs to get dealt with at some point. On the other hand, sometimes we all need a week off.

Consider this too: You're damned lucky to be in therapy, to have a therapist. So many people aren't so lucky.

But back to the two magic words: Phone Session.

If she does help you when you are in crisis then I would go.

That is just me though.

It is completely up to you.
