MDJunction to me

saralaurie"In the 3 months I have been with MDJunction I have developed a sense of calmness. I now friends who do not judge me because I have been a mental mess at times. It is such a good feeling to have friends I can tell my deepest thoughts and always get back to me with their support. I have never seen a therapist for long periods of time. Right or wrong, this is the best therapy possible for me. Thanks Roy for getting this up and running and making such a difference in my life. Sara" (saralaurie)

At least a job can be held down. I miss working a 'real' job so much. How many of us can truly say that we could or CAN hold down a 9 to 5?

I used to be on a short fuse all the time before the anti-psychotic was added. It helped tremendously. It's good that the Saphris is helping you a lot. That should really help with the anger and irritation. I'm sorry you are having a hard time. I hate the feeling when I feel like that. I hope it gets better for you soon. Hang in there, we're here to support you.

I have had a really short fuse lately. I find taking an antianxiety helps when it is really bad.
* When nothing goes right...go left
* Attach your own oxygen mask before assisting others
* Women are not that complicated. How hard is it to tell us
we are pretty and give us chocolate?
* Be kinder than necessary, for everyone is fighting their own battle.
* Worrying doesn't empty tomorrow of its troubles. It empties today of its strength.

150mg Wellbutrin
75mg Topamax
1 mg clonasapam
and prn
