I take 300mg of trileptal at bedtime. It's very sedative. I also have temazpam for sleeping, but rarely use it. I also take lamictal. The trileptal keeps me from the edgy/anger/rage that can happen if I go hypomanic. I also take Zyprexa (atypical antipsychotic). It took a coupel weeks before I was not hungover in the day, but it seems to be working fine for me. With God, all things are possible
