sleep at all my head is goin carzy

what can i do to help it i have so many things in my head holy cow it is carzy but yea

and i have been burning myself alot b/c it helps just for a min to make it stop if that makes sence ha

but at least i am happy you know

i forgot what it feels like not to care its great ha

and when i get mad it feels so good that i dont have to think aboout it i just do what i want you know.(but i know that aint good) i free so much better now than i did when i was on meds why is that holy cow. but i just want to tell yall and i hope that yall can help with my head ok well lata yall

and i filled out papers to get my meds free

but they havent said ne thing about it yet.

and i filled them out like three weeks ago

and still nothan.

but the mental place i went to costed money

that i dont have.

but i am trying to stay happy

but it seems like i am runing out of time for happiness

The way people with mental illness are treated is shameful. My brother-in-law tried to commit suicide three times (that I know of). He called mental health for an apt. as he was feeling suicidal, and they told him they could see him in TWO MONTHS! honestly!

and i am trying to keep buzy but it helps alot but at night is when there is nothan to do you know.
