my boss told me awhile ago she will chase people out of the company and i just put myself on her hit list.

So how are you feeling right now?
Bipolar I with psychotic features (rapid cycling, mixed episodes)

Mild OCD (hand washing, counting, doing things in groups of 4 or even numbers.)

Axiety

Paranoid thoughts

Geodon 240 at supper time
Effexor XR 150mg once daily
Buspar 30mg twice daily
Vestaril 100mg at bedtime
Cogentin .5mg as needed
Lamictal 300mg once daily
Trazadone 50mg at bedtime

im feeling anxious tho, sometimes i have to go to the bathroom and my heart will start racing. Im coming down from some serious mania. i feel like im out of control.

its ok its not the first time but I feel bad that im not doing the job im being paid to do. even though I do complete my assignments minus the patrols.
