i feel like this site gives me purpose

this site is so much better than any shrink ive ever had because we can all relate to each other, often i feel like therpists and doctors cant see the forest for the trees

ive had bipolar since i was born, 24 years and counting and was diagnosed about half my life ago so im not new to this. But i look around this site nd see a lot of newly diagnosed people. i know how scary this shit can be so im glad to try to help if i can relate and try offer advice, this helps me indirectly. when i help others i feel like ive accomplished a good thing and it makes me feel better about myself

BipolarII borderline and depression

Lamictal 200mg (mood stabilizer)
Cipramil 40mg (depression)
Seroquel (150mg)(depression)
enalapril 10mg (for high blood pressure)
Zopiclone ( i only take this when its really necessary)
I am not a doctor or Psych,the comments given is purely from my own experience

Lithium 300 mgs, Lamotrigine 200 mgs, Klonopon (Clonazepam) .05mg more if needed, Clomipramine (Anafranil) 25 mgs, Abilify 5 mgs, Seroquel 25 mgs
