I know I started a thread on this yesterday but does anybody want to share what you may have done today to help your recovery?

For me I went to the adult christian class before church where i started attending. This was helpful for my recovery because I like the people there and I have trouble reaching out but the class gave me a chance to talk to other people and I was actually very relaxed and I think the connections are people I will talk to again.

So anyone else want to share one or more proactive things they did today for their recovery?

I did my volunteer work at my church doing the library after the 9am church service. I really enjoy doing this i get to speak to people and see others i know and socialize, this is therapeutic for me, i do this 2x a month. I did my relaxation CD, did some 'search a word' puzzles, came on Mdj and did some posting and spoke to some friends here, spent quality time with my family.
