I'm really tired right now. I took some sleeping meds and right now I feel like a zombie. I'm still feeling depressed Sad . I feel like the friends I have are turning the back against me and I will be alone. I don't know if my judgement is clouded or not. I have a huge test tomorrow and I didn't even study for it yet. I just don't feel like it

I hope these meds you took help make you feel a little better, i'm so sorry you still feel depressed, you may need to contact your pdoc your meds may need tweaking, idk. Do you have a tdoc? You may want to contact him/her too. I wish i could find a magic potion i would send it to you with lots of love...hope that made you smile. I wish you a blessed peaceful relaxing evening, remember to live in the moment, tomorrow is another day.

yotaman...I'm so sorry to hear that you are feeling so depressed. I wanted to touch on the subject of your school work. Have you contacted the disability office at your school? When I was doing my undergraduate degree, I contacted them and they were able to arrange things with my professors so that when I couldn't do my work due to my Bipolar Disorder I could get tests postponed or extensions on papers. Or contact your professor directly and explain the situation. You would be surprised how many professors are sympathetic to those who are depressed. You are having a hard time right now, but your real friend will be there for you. Take care of you first and foremost. As Dit said, tomorrow is another day. You will pull through!!!
