Just the other day I was saying how I get manic when it comes time to do school shopping, and especially now since I start community college in a few weeks.

It lasted all of three days, and now I don't even want to get out of bed, wash my hair, brush my teeth. I feel so down. I didn't over spend. I actually save a great deal, I just feel so down now.

I need to go get groceries, pay bills, just get up, but I can't. I want to cry or sleep. I am SO sleepy! Pdoc upped my zoloft from 25mg twic a day to 100 in the a.m. Aren't I supposed to feel better?

Hmph. I thought I was going to enjoy this "manic" phase. I get to shop for my kids and me. Clothes, colors, sparkles. Nope. I don't even want to go to the other room, let alone the stupid store with all those people everywhere.

I've been reading a lot over the last few months. Reading, everyday, a book or two a week. Something I haven't done in ages. I ahve a book on my kindle right now I have always wanted to read, but just can't get through more than three or four minutes.

Whine, whine, complain, complain. Sorry.

Well, that's crummy you feel like this after feeling so well. I am sorry you are experiencing it. Maybe it's a little crash from a hypomanic bout? But give the higher dose of Zoloft a chance to work. It may take a little bit before you feel a real difference. I don't think you are whining at all. You don't feel well and you are sharing that. Nothing wrong with that. I hope this passes quickly.

Lol. I just read your pic. That was enough to make me chuckle a little. Thanks.

Other than than, still feeling bluesy and SLEEPY! I put off going to the grocery store as long as I possibly could. I felt like my body was made of lead. I felt so bad, I really considered turning around, but I made it through.

I just feel so "fatigued", like I haven't slept in days.
