MDJunction to me

jpcrps"When I found MD Junction, I was in the beginning stages of RSD/CRPS. I was scared, lacked knowledge about the condition, and felt very alone.

MD Junction changed all of that for me. I found friendship and terrific information from people who had first-hand knowledge of this syndrome. It was and still is a big part of my life.

MDJ was my first step on the journey of grief; from denial to acceptance. I am now inspired to help others by sharing this amazing site and sharing my own experiences. I am very impressed that one forum site can provide hope and inspiration to people suffering from so many different conditions. I am proud to be a part of this community.

Thank you everyone for the condolences. I ended up going home early yesterday because the meeting was cancelled. Back at work today and suffering through it. I just don't know what I'm going to do when I have to file for unemployment. I do have a part time job now though for 20 hours a week, so at least that'll be more money coming in than unemployment can provide. I hope to get to know you all well here... and thank you again. It must be so hard for you to be at work today. I had a similar circumstance where I even had to train my replacement on a few of the things I did. They were changing the position and I was out in a few days. I really feel for you. It's a relief that you at least have a part time job to help make ends meet. I hope something full time will come along quickly for you. I'm sure you have experience and talent that will be attractive to potential employers. We are here for you and we truly care, so please feel free to talk about this as much as you need to.

[Charles Wallace possessed by IT, says to Meg]: ‘Mrs. Whatsit hates you,’ Charles Wallace said. And that is where IT made ITS fatal mistake, for as Meg said, automatically, ‘Mrs. Whatsit loves me; that’s what she told me, that she loves me,’ suddenly she knew. She knew! Love. That was what she had that IT did not have. She had Mrs. Whatsit’s love, her father’s, and her mother’s , and the real Charles Wallace’s love, and the twins’ and Aunt Beast. And she had love for them. But, how could she use it? What was she meant to do? If she could give love to IT perhaps it would shrivel up and die, for she was sure IT could not withstand love. But her in all her weakness was incapable of loving IT. But, she could love Charles Wallace. She could stand there and love Charles Wallace. Her own Charles Wallace, the real Charles Wallace. I love you. Charles Wallace, you are my darling and my dear and the light of my life and the treasure of my heart. I love you. I love you. I love you." (228-229)

I am so sorry to hear that!! I'm glad you have the part-time job, though! I know it's not much, but at least it's something. And as for the squalling...I did the same thing when I had to leave both of my places of employment (due to my bipolar being really bad and untreated at that point).

Please let us know how things go! We're here for you whenever you need us!

Hugs,

Zin

Things have gone from bad to worse today. Thank you again for all your replies. I was in a meeting today and after the meeting we discussed me training others on the things that I do and since then I've just lost it. I'm anxious and borderline delusional right now... I can't (or don't) know how to cope. Luckily I get to see my tdoc today, but I have to wait until 6pm. I have a little over an hour more here and I don't know how I'm going to make it through until then. I guess I'll just suck it up somehow. I wish I had better coping skills. It's rough... it's all very rough right now.
