Don't like much christmas time, life really hard in december, when we ve got no sun.

In fact looking forward to the maniac phase in april because i feel better, can live and work as everyone.

Got a special light my doctor tell me to buy to help me because lithium and zoloft not enough in winter for me.

Would like to know if you tryed it and what do you think ?

So think in france we will be in 2009 before you lol, will send you messages.

I used to just lay in sunlight as much as possible and it helped a lot. I assume the light would do the same thing. I was going to get one but they were so expensive. Enjoy it!
