Lately I have been restless. Can't sit. Pace alot. Change up what I have been doing. My pdoc says that is one of the side effects from my abilify but I see you aren't on that but perhaps it is from one of your meds?
Bipolar II - Rapid cycling mixed state
90 mg Cymbalta
10 mg Aricept (for memory loss)
500 mg Epival in morning and 750mg in evening
150 mg Seroquel at bedtime
Clonazepam when needed
Zopiclone when needed

From Abilify? I didn't know that. I take Abilify but want to go off it.

I am restless ALL the time. I pace a lot too. Yes, like you, restless and unmotivated. Do you get the racing thoughts with it too? I do. Drives me absolutely crazy. It also increases my anxiety. My pdoc won't do anything about it. Grrrrr....

Are you sure this is from Abilify or a symptom of mania/hypomania?

Blessings, strength and courage to all.
Angela

All I have been able to do to alleviate any of it is to take a klonopin. I haven't had a lot of success yet though so I am interested in how to alleviate this too.
Blessings, strength and courage to all.

I get that way a lot, but it's not hypo-mania for me. It's being bored and not wanting to do the things you have around you to do. I hate that feeling. I usually just take a nap. I hope you feel better soon!
