So i have a case with disability and a law firm fighting for me. Its been a long time now and last week i got pre hearing papers. What are my chances? Ive also been diagnosed as borderline personality disorder, adjustment disorder and ocd tendancies along with bipolar disorder.

600mglithium
80mg geodon
3mg klonipin
If it were called Cancer, then you would be my friend. If it were called the flu then you would help me get better. But since its bipolar I stand alone.

I am not familar with your personal story but most lawyers don't get paid unless you win your claim. So most lawyers aren't going to take a care unless they think you can win. They don't want to work for free. My SO just had is hearing a few weeks ago. The biggest advise his lawyer said was to be honest. Don't minimize your symptoms but don't exagerate either. Good luck at your hearing!
