Hey guys,

I haven't posted in a couple months. I am doing great. Life is looking up for me and I appreciate all the support I got here when I was so low. I remember when I would tell myself I would not get better or there was no hope. I know there is now. I believe it with every inch of my being. I have good friends who understand and support me and I found I am completely over my ex boyfriend who was toxic to me. I am so happy. Now, I have had low spots but everyone does. I got through them and I have not stayed depressed. More like one night I cried about something silly. I am going to start doing things with my life, well I hope I do. I say I am going to but I never really do. I want to start going on walks with my dogs but I have yet to do that. I want to get my license but I have yet to do that. I start school in September which I am kind of excited about. =D Finally going to finish school and get my diploma!! yay! I just am happy with myself right now. I see my pdoc every 3 months now instead of every month. I don't need to see her every month, I'd prefer I didn't see her at all but I know I have to. I am currently on 600mg of trileptal 5mg of abilify and 50mg of topamax. Surprisingly that little bit has helped me significantly!! I am so blessed to have such a wonderful pdoc and wonderful support. Thank you all.

I was wondering about you! I'm glad to hear you are doing so well. This is great news to hear. There is always hope, you see that now and that is good. I'm glad you have some good friends that support you. That's important. I'm so glad you got over your toxic ex. That's a step in the right direction. Try to go on walks with your dogs. You will feel better and you both need the exercise. I'm excited for you to start school. I know you will do great. Being happy with yourself is very important and it's good to see that you are. Every three months to see your psychiatrist is nice. I have to see mine every month. I'm so happy the medications are working for you. I hope to see you around a little more. We miss you! I'm so glad you updated us.

That's all very reassuring, especially to someone who still has glimpses of hopelessness. Congratulations to you for going back to school!!

That's nice to hear someone else doing good. I have been doing good the last couple of days too. The doc put me back on a medicine I had been on a long time and had stopped because my physical doctor thought (incorrectly)was messing up my stomach. Once I got back on my old med (Geodon) I was good to go and doing better than I have been in a long time. It's a nice feeling, you just want to give everyone a high five or something.
