Bipolar II, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Attacks, Agoraphobia & PTSD; Alcoholic in recovery since 3/21/07.

Aplenzin 522mg; Pristiq 200mg; Lamictal 400mg; Geodon 160mg; Ativan 1mg TID; Deplin 15mg; Xanax PRN; Metoprol 100mg.

Today I am grateful that the company of keeping me running long trips back to back. Helps to catch up financially on those weeks that were otherwise.

Today I am grateful that I was able to lit a candle at church for a dear,dear friend and my sister.

Today I am grateful for my church and wonderful Father and Monsignor.

my Bf is making oatmeal chocolate chip cookie-mmm they smell so good.
