Today I am grateful that I can rest. It means work tomorrow, but today I can relax.

Today I'm greatful for a bright future for me. As I've become, and hopefully, stable for the long term.

Today I am grateful for another day to make better decisions, ask better questions, and to be alive. Life, now there's the real challenge.

Today, I am grateful for my husband who has stuck through the hard times with me. This disorder can create havoc in relationships. We both are not perfect in our reactions yet grow stronger each time we conquer a bipolar obstacle Smile

Today, I am grateful for my friends, who are proving themselves to be the genuine article as I struggle with the crisis of being evicted from my home while unemployed.
