Today I'm greatful for a bright future for me. As I've become, and hopefully, stable for the long term.
Learn, Love, Live

Learn as much as you can each day
Love yourself as you love others
Live each day to its fullest with no regrets

Geodon - Lamictal - Effexor - Klonopin

If I always Learn, have someone to Love, I know I can Live. :)

Today I am grateful for another day to make better decisions, ask better questions, and to be alive. Life, now there's the real challenge.
Not a psychiatrist (pdoc) nor a therapist...what you read are my thoughts and there you go.

My mind is like lightning...one brilliant flash and it's gone.
